PRICES
- Prices are indicated in Euros and include taxes
- In Spain the value added tax (VAT) will be applied, except in Canarias, Ceuta and Melilla (in these territories delivery expenses for Customs and import taxes will be settled o arrival, i.e. borne by the customer)
- If the order comes from a country which is part of the European Union and the customer provides a valid VAT number, the sale will be exempt from VAT.
- If the order is placed from a country which is part of the European Union and the customer does not provide a valid VAT number, the VAT in effect will be applied.
- If the order is placed from a country which is not part of the European Union, the sale will be exempt from VAT and delivery expenses for Customs and import taxes will be settled o arrival, i.e. borne by the customer)
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
In BUSIMEDIC, S.L. we place a great importance on the delivery, and for this we use transport companies with extensive experience in the sector.
- Spain (Peninsula): MRW – Delivery Time: 1-2 working days
- Spain (Baleares): MRW – Delivery Time: 2-3 working days
- Portugal: MRW – Delivery Time: 2-3 working days
- France: Chronopost – Delivery Time: 1-2 working days
- Canarias, Ceuta and Melilla: CORREOS – Post Office (in these territories delivery expenses for Customs and import taxes will be settled o arrival, i.e. borne by the customer)
- Rest of Europe: FedEx – Delivery Time: please check
When receiving your package, please check that the inner packaging arrives in good condition. If you notice any incidents within a maximum period of 24 hours after receiving the goods, you must inform the transport company and claim damage to the product. Please make sure you inform us of any damages within this period, as otherwise Busimedic, S.L. cannot be responsible for any damages caused.

RETURNS
If upon receiving the order you are not satisfied with your purchase, you will have a period of 7 days from the date of receipt to exercise the right of return.
Please be aware that the product must be returned in the same conditions it was delivered and with the packaging in perfect condition. A refund for the 100% of the value will be completed, excluding shipping, return and manipulation. If the original packaging material has suffered any damage or has any missing items, we reserve the right to deduct part of the amount to be returned.
In the event that the product is not the one requested, or if it was faulty, the return will be immediate and at no cost. Please get in touch with us before returning the materials.
WARRANTY
The products for sale in www.keto-control.com have a warranty period, as established by each manufacturer.
To execute the warranties, please get in touch with us so that we can authorise the exchange, return or reparation of the product.
Warranties are valid as long the appropriate receipt is submitted, and the product has not suffered any alteration, manipulation or repair without the knowledge of the Technical Team.
